At Luxury D'Allure, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or exchange an order.

Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy:

- We offer exchange only, no refunds.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once the returned product is received, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Conditions:

- The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The product must have all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The product must not be damaged or soiled in any way.

Exceptions:

- Sale or discounted products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Products that are customized or made-to-order cannot be exchanged.
